ANNUAL FIXED FEE:

Comply’s fixed annual fee provides you with the peace of mind that all your annual administration obligations are met with no hidden fees, this includes:

Is there a restriction on the number of transactions or investments?
No there isn’t any restrictions on the number of transactions or the investments you hold. As long as you can provide the appropriate paperwork, such as annual statements and buy and sell confirmations, we can process your fund for our fixed fee.
How long does the process take?
Once we have all the correct documentation your fund will be processed within 10 working days.
Do you use an independent auditor?
Yes we use an independent auditor to comply ensure we comply with all SIS act regulations.
Do you ‘Outsource’ any of your work or send work overseas for completion?
No. We complete all our work in our office on the Central Coast of NSW and our auditor is located in VIC.
How do I give you access to my documents?
Once you joined team Comply SMSF we will email you a pdf document with all the potential documents required to complete your work. Also in this email there will be a Dropbox link which can be used to upload your documents. If you would prefer, you can post the required documents and we will return once our work is completed.
